Your name, location, dog’s name(s), breed(s), age(s), summary of the problems and your phone number.  This information will be treated with the strictest confidence.

I am based in Essex, and will travel to consultations in Essex and the surrounding areas, such as Kent, London, Herts & Suffolk.  If you are beyond these areas please feel free to send details listed above and I can arrange for a local Dog Listener to contact you.
